During this phase, you'll fill out the initial application, receive a pre-approval letter, and start shopping for houses!
Next, we'll gather documents and submit the official loan to underwriting. This is our sweet spot for speeding up the process!
After the loan is officially approved (2-4 weeks on average), you are "clear to close." AKA, the house is yours!

Here’s a little known fact. When the market crashed in 2009, I showed up to work one day and the doors were locked to our mortgage office.
